Welcome! This lovely 72m2 apartment is on the 13th floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the magnificent views of Dubai Creek. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains an ensuite bathroom and a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. É uma das instalações mais luxuosas que já fiquei no Dubai. Se estiver com a família a visitar o Dubai, não procure mais, este é o local ideal. Se tiver um carro alugado, o estacionamento é excelente.
