Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young population. Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner and watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

Just 10 minutes away by car you will be in the middle of it all, with Burj Park, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall all on your doorstep. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a private balcony so you can enjoy the wonderful Arabian-themed building complex.

Welcome! Situated in heart of Downtown Dubai; home to the famous Burj Khalifa and the Dubail Mall, a magnificent heaven for shopaholics and high-end fashion connoisseurs. My home overlooks the courtyard of Reehan 3, with its distinctive Arabian architecture, which will leave a distinctive impression on you. Sit back and relax in the comfy living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa that's meant to lounge in, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a dining area. There’s also a sitting area on the balcony should you wish to get some fresh air! The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, stove, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bedroom is complete with a King-sized bed, fresh linens to ensure a goodnight's rest, a bed lamp, and drawers to keep your personal possession secure. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower head, toilet, and mirror and comes with complimentary toiletries and towels. Enjoy the use of the other amenities in our home, including a washing machine and ironing facilities. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 7 PM - 8 AM has a surcharge of 150 AED. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.

Muito boa estadia, o sítio é limpo e muito espaçoso. A localização também é óptima, tudo fica perto, a uma curta distância a pé. Mir Munib está sempre disponível e é muito prestável e simpático.
