This charming, fully equipped, air-conditioned village house accommodates up to 7 guests. Ideally located to explore the beaches, coastal trails, and the Provençal way of life. Discover its flower-filled streets, rich heritage and breathtaking Mediterranean views while enjoying an authentic Provençal experience. ✨ A unique home spread over 4 levels, accommodating up to 7 guests : • Lower level (-1): Studio with a 160 cm double bed (convertible into 2 single beds), fully equipped kitchenette, and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. • Ground floor: Bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (or 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, and washing machine. • First floor : Cozy living room and fully equipped semi-open kitchen with beautiful sea views. • Second floor : One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed (convertible into 2 single beds), one bedroom with a 90 cm single bed, a separate toilet with washbasin, and a sunny terrace with panoramic sea views. ✨ You'll love : 🌊 Sunny sea-view terrace. ❄ Air conditioning. 🛏 Flexible sleeping arrangements. 📶 Free Wi-Fi. 🧺 Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. During the summer season, Saint-François Car Park is recommended. 🚶 On foot : Ideally located in the heart of the medieval village, the house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, art galleries, and scenic viewpoints. 🚌 By bus : The regional ZOU! bus network connects Bormes-les-Mimosas with Hyères, Toulon, and Saint-Tropez. Local services also provide easy access to Le Lavandou and the nearby beaches. 🚖 By taxi : Taxis are available by reservation for convenient local travel. 🚆 By train : Hyères train station is approximately 20 km away, and Toulon train station is about 40 km away. ✈️ By air : Toulon-Hyères Airport is approximately 20 km away.
