Welcome to my 31 m² ground floor apartment in the 15th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its double bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located just a few minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay while exploring Paris.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 31 m², located on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to shops, transportation and tourist attractions such as Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles, and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa where you can relax. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom, furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – dimensions 140x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. A closet is available so that you can settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a mirror. The toilet is separate. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
