Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this one-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring Dubai. Located in the Binghatti Venus residence in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), it offers easy access to top attractions, restaurants like Wide Range and Bawarchi, and nearby shopping at Circle Mall. The area also features lush green parks, children’s play areas, BBQ zones, sports facilities, and beautiful community views. Inside, the apartment features an open-plan layout designed for comfort and convenience. The living room includes a cosy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four, ideal for relaxed evenings in. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and ironing set are also available to take care of your laundry. The bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests have full access to the building’s gym and swimming pool. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure a spotless welcome. Enjoy your stay!
