The open-plan kitchen has a counter table and is fully equipped with high-end appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to meet all your cooking needs. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed with premium hotel-quality linens for a restful sleep, along with ample storage space. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
