Cleaning services are available on request and by appointment with our team: linen change and cleaning during your stay by our team at the cleaning flat rate stated in the property listing. --> Please remember that you are staying in our home and not in a hotel. Please be respectful of the premises and the neighborhood. --> We ask that you leave the premises in a good state, as you found them on arrival, empty the rubbish bins and place them in the containers located in the courtyard—the door is situated on the right at the back before the passage—close all windows, turn down the heating, and turn off all the lights, and IF possible, remove the sheets and leave them with the towels in the bathroom. --> If you encounter any problem, I will make sure to take immediate action as soon as possible, but please note that no one lives on-site 24 hours a day. --> Cleaning is included and planned for a return to good condition by professionals. Dishes must be washed and put away before your departure. An additional charge of €10 will be required if not, or upon your request. --> Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Changes will be made upon request and for an additional fee. --> Upon arrival, you will find soap, shower gel, coffee, and tea available for the day you arrive. Products for the rest of your stay are at your own expense. --> If you need to stay after the indicated check-out time, and if possible, a supplement will be charged: €10 per additional time slot (per hour). --> Early check-in before the scheduled time, if possible, incurs an additional charge: €10 per additional time slot (per hour). --> In the event of an observed animal presence, fur, droppings or other obvious signs, an extra €50 fee will be charged for the disinfection of the premises (allergens, bacteria, etc.). --> If any smell of smoke is detected (cigarettes, drugs, hookah, etc.), an extra €50 fee will be charged for the disinfection of the premises. --> You are specifically requested to leave the premises as you found them on arrival. Empty the bins, tidy up, and report any issues that occurred during your stay. Any additional charges will be deducted from the deposit. --> In any case of non-compliance with the house rules, a €50 management fee will be charged.
