The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features one well-appointed bedroom and one bathroom with a shower over bath. Situated on the ground floor, the home offers easy access and a practical layout, making it a convenient and welcoming space for both short and longer stays. Inside, the property is thoughtfully designed to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax, whether you are unwinding after a day in the city or enjoying a quiet evening in. A dedicated dining area sits alongside a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances including a combo washer dryer, allowing you to settle in with ease. The bedroom features a king-sized bed designed for restful nights, while the bathroom is finished with a clean, contemporary feel. A standout feature of the home is the private terrace, offering a rare outdoor space in London where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks.

Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
