Hither Green Station is a 5-minute walk away, Lewisham DLR Station is a 19-minute walk away or a 5-minute bus ride from the property. There are 2 flights of stairs in the home (1st floor and 2nd floor loft) The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a cosy sitting area and a flat-screen TV to enjoy all your favourite shows. Separate from the living room, the stylish dining area offers a sleek dining table, a comfortable armchair, and an additional TV. Step outside and unwind in the garden, complete with outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining or simply enjoying some fresh air. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a King-size bed and the second has a Queen, while the third offers a luxurious King-size sofa bed (160x200). All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
