Located on the 29th floor and accessible by lift, the apartment offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Dubai skyline through its floor-to-ceiling windows. Step out onto the private balcony and unwind in the seating area while soaking in the stunning cityscape. The building provides top-notch amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a temperature-controlled pool, a sauna, and a steam room, ensuring you stay active and relaxed throughout your stay. Plus, with direct access to the mall, indulging in a shopping spree is just steps away. The apartment features an open-plan living area, complete with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows through multiple streaming options and a dining table for four. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, making it perfect for preparing meals with ease. The spacious bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The 1.5 bathrooms are well-appointed with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. With parking available around the building, you’ll have the freedom to explore Dubai at your own pace. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay.
