Welcome to my home! This lovely 126m2 apartment is on the 31st floor, accessible by lift. The living/dining room is a delightful space to enjoy the best of both worlds. It is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a dining table. There is a neatly kept piano and a flatscreen TV for entertainment. The first bedroom is splendid, with a king bed and a wardrobe. It has big windows, which make the room well-ventilated. The second is just as well-ventilated, with big windows and a king bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The two ensuites and guest bathrooms have all the same amenities you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym (35th floor) and the swimming pool (36th floor).

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
