Welcome to my apartment! Adjoining the newly opened 5-star Palace Hotel, the 88m2 apartment is located in a 5-star residential building by the same Palace Hotel. Our apartment perfectly blends luxury and convenience, situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access in a picturesque area. It is an ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious and well-connected retreat. The living room features a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading to a furnished balcony with a Canal view. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Both bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
