Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio apartment is located on the 24th floor with elevator access and is just a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa! This beautiful studio apartment is perfect for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. While offering scenic views of the Dubai Canal, this unit includes a living area with a luxurious king bed and a single sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. Relax on the plush sofa bed while watching your favorite shows on the wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options. There is also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the magnificent views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. Equipped with one bathroom, it contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, the studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
