This beautiful studio is in the iconic Palm Jumeirah, with an endless view of the Persian Gulf. It offers Burj Al Arab views and has direct access to Park Regis Hotel and the Nakheel Mall. The famous Atlantis is a direct tram ride from the Nakheel Mall, and the mall itself has a fantastic view of the whole Palm, just 25 minutes away from Downtown and Dubai International Airport by car.

Welcome to my home! Wake up to marvellous views of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah and the azure waters of the Persian Gulf right by your window. My studio unit offers 5-hotel amenities with direct access to the Nakheel Mall from the building. The main studio is well-pointed and immaculately furnished with a king-size bed lined in hotel quality lines and a sizeable wide-screen TV with built-in streaming services. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of enjoying Palm Jumeirah and nearby areas like Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, which are only a short drive away from the property. The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. The large dining table by the window has comfortable seating and is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee, or do computer work for those who self-identify as 'digital nomads'. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
