Welcome to my home! Its contemporary furnishings and ample space provide a relaxing environment for residents. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with your loved one. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The seamless flow from the bedroom to the living room and kitchen is enhanced by a spacious balcony, creating an expansive outdoor living space. This large balcony is an idyllic spot to relish Dubai's pleasant weather, whether you're savouring a cup of coffee or simply unwinding while soaking in the panoramic views of the surrounding area. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
