JBR Beach is just also just a 20-mins walk away.

Welcome to my home! Modern and designed with an open-floor living, dining and kitchen area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. In the bright living room, you will find a comfy sofa bed, an armchair, a TV with a Netflix subscription and large windows that bathe the entire space in natural sunlight throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. In the bedroom, you will find a luxurious King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views of the pool and the Marina! The two bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a washer if you need to do your laundry. The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
