There is a park only a 5-minute walk away, the seafront is about a 10-minute walk away, 5 mins drive from the Weston General Hospital, 16 minutes to the train station and 23 mins to the town centre. Centrally located just a stones throw away from the park, seafront and town centre. You'll find there are 2 convenience stores located near the property, and several takeaway establishments. The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It boasts 2 double bedrooms plus a sofa bed, so can accommodate 6 people.


Space

Welcome Modern and spacious, the home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The property is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. In the living room, is the double sofa bed, and the flat-screen TV. Sharing the same space is a lovely dining table by the window that extends from 4 seats to 6. The kitchen is fully-equipped, so if you feel like whipping yourself up a meal, feel free to help yourself to all the provided utensils and appliances. There are 2 bedrooms, and they are both a very good size. You'll find in each room, a double bed that's been fitted with hotel-quality linens. There is also a lovely bathroom where you'll find we have provided fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. Have a fantastic stay!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on the phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.


Other information

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
