Ideally located just 2 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a stay just 30 minutes from the centre of Paris.

Welcome to this bright and comfortable 60 m² apartment with an additional 32 m² terrace, located on the 3rd floor in Villejuif, perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests. Featuring 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, it is an excellent base for family stays, business trips, or long-term visits. The apartment enjoys a convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from Villejuif–Louis Aragon station. From there, Metro Line 7 provides direct access to the center of Paris, while Tram Line T7 offers a direct connection to Paris-Orly Airport. The location is also particularly convenient for travelers visiting the Gustave Roussy medical campus. The Villejuif–Gustave Roussy station on Metro Line 14 provides easy access to the institute, central Paris, and Orly Airport. The entrance opens into a bright and inviting living space featuring a comfortable lounge area with a sofa bed fitted with a high-quality mattress and a TV. The adjoining dining area includes a table that can seat up to 6 guests, making it ideal for sharing meals with family and friends. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
