Welcome to my apartment! This 3-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.  For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a balcony and a desk, perfect for those needing a quiet space to work or unwind. The two additional bedrooms each offer two single beds, providing ample sleeping space for all guests and one of them has also a balcony. All beds are furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The main bathroom is fully equipped, while the second serves as a convenient guest or service bathroom. Both offer essential amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
