Located on the ground floor, it combines practicality with a welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Step outside to your private terrace, complete with seating areas where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided to make clean-up easy, along with a washer and ironing facilities to cover your laundry needs. Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep and have direct access to the terrace via a private balcony. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
