Welcome to our apartment in Valencia! Cozy and modern 2-bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 6 guests thanks to its comfortable sofa bed. Perfect for seasonal stays for work, studies or any other reason, here you will find everything you need to feel at home. Located in the heart of Zaidia, very close to the center of Valencia and the emblematic Serranos Towers, it has excellent connectivity even on foot, as well as easy access to public transport to the beach and other points of interest. Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, cutlery and essential utensils for preparing everything you need during your stay. The living-dining room offers a comfortable and functional atmosphere, with a table for four diners, SMART TV and a practical sofa bed for two people. From here you access through a large window pane to the main jewel of the property: its spacious private terrace. The terrace is undoubtedly the main attraction of the apartment. A spacious and pleasant space, equipped with outdoor furniture, comfortable armchairs and an additional dining table, perfect for having breakfast in the sun, enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing at the end of the day or sharing pleasant moments in the open air while taking advantage of Valencia's wonderful Mediterranean climate. It even has a small shower to refresh yourself on hot summer days. It's Perfect! The property has two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a convertible single bunk bed into a double bed. The latter also has a small work desk and a travel crib (to use the crib you need to notify in advance to prepare the appropriate bedding). Also in the hallway there is the second complete bathroom with shower. In addition, you will find an iron and ironing board, bed linen ready for immediate use and bathrooms equipped with courtesy amenities for the first days of your stay. The property has a garage space for guest comfort. The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure your maximum comfort. Important note: this apartment is for temporary rental and is not available for tourist purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide proof of the reason for your stay. Once your arrival form is confirmed, we will schedule your arrival time and a person will meet you at the accommodation to hand over the keys. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and trash bag. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of at least €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys and garage remote: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of copying.The cost for a lost garage remote is €50.
