This charming 40 m² studio has been recently renovated and is located close to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering delicious dining options. It also has easy access to the beach. Its open-plan layout seamlessly combines the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You’ll find a comfortable double bed with linens, a single sofa bed (or one suitable for 2 children), a television to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential utensils and kitchenware, including an electric cooktop and a coffee maker, so you can easily prepare your favorite dishes. The bathroom comes with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. The studio is professionally cleaned before each stay and is located on the ground floor of the building. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

It was all lovely – a clean, tidy flat with plenty of space and no problems at all; I’d recommend it. Above all, no cockroaches – brilliant, even though it’s on the ground floor.

The flat was very clean. The host was very responsive. It’s a long walk from the centre, but we knew that, and it’s very quick by bus.
