Space
Calm and Cosy This simple 20m² ground-floor apartment is a great pick for couples, small families, or friends who want a comfy, no-fuss place to stay. It's got an open-plan layout with a double bed and a sofa bed, so it can sleep up to 3 people. The kitchen comes with all the basics for cooking, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easier. You'll also have a washing machine and iron if you need to do laundry. We've got you covered with fresh towels, bed linens, and a few toiletries to get you started. Just a heads up: Being on the ground floor means the sofa bed is closer to the street, so there may be a bit of noise. The front door also opens directly onto the street—no porch or entryway. A special phone app is also needed to access the home so some technological knowledge is necessary. Important note about ground-floor, street-level apartments: As a ground-floor apartment at street level, it is normal for these properties to experience some humidity and occasional insect presence despite regular professional cleaning. This is typical during certain seasons in the city and is not a reflection of poor maintenance. The property does not have windows but benefits from good ventilation. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. We look forward to welcoming you!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
