Welcome to my apartment! This ground-floor one-bedroom apartment in Malva-Rosa is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy a beach getaway. It is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sand and surf. NOTE: It is essential to mention that construction is currently taking place on the main road (just outside the apartment) with no specified completion date, so please consider this. This property has an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV, and a dining table for four. There's also an indoor terrace with a table and two chairs to lounge and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary linens for maximum comfort, a wardrobe with hangers for all your storage needs, and an ensuite bathroom with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The flat is conveniently located, close to the beach, and there’s a lovely Mercadona (supermarket) nearby. It’s a bit of a shame that the only toilet and bath are inside the bedroom, and I’d say this
