Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, this lovely and tastefully decorated 70m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Valencia! Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, a desk, and a table for two. Additionally, a private balcony bathes the entire space in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The apartment is a loft with an additional mezzanine bedroom featuring a double bed. Below the main bedroom is a smaller guest bedroom with a single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Although the apartment is well-ventilated with windows on all sides, it is also equipped with AC for the hotter summer months. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
