The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Xàtiva metro station is just 10 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, this lovely and tastefully decorated 70m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Valencia! Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, a desk, and a table for two. Additionally, a private balcony bathes the entire space in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The apartment is a loft with an additional mezzanine bedroom featuring a double bed. Below the main bedroom is a smaller guest bedroom with a single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom with a bathtub contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Although the apartment is well-ventilated with windows on all sides, it is also equipped with AC for the hotter summer months. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Guests will have access to the entire home! The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The door is on the left at the top of the stairs.

Other information

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
