À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un espace ouvert avec un canapé-lit, une télévision connectée, un coin repas et une cuisine équipée des ustensiles de cuisine essentiels, d'un lave-linge et d'un fer à repasser. La chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size avec des draps propres, et la salle de bains est équipée de serviettes et d'articles de toilette. Remarque concernant les attentes : Nous aimons être francs afin que vous sachiez exactement à quoi vous attendre tout en profitant du confort, de la commodité et de l'accueil chaleureux de GuestReady Essential. Comme il s'agit d'un appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée, il peut être un peu humide et, malgré un nettoyage régulier, des insectes peuvent parfois apparaître. La salle de bain est un peu compacte et l'eau chaude peut varier pendant l'été. La porte d'entrée n'est pas équipée de stores, alors pensez à apporter un masque pour les yeux si vous préférez être dans le noir complet. Other information
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
