Ground Floor: A welcoming entryway leading into a bright living room with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and large windows overlooking the square. An open-plan dining area with a table for family meals. A fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Access to a private courtyard/garden, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. First Floor: Master Bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and views of Mumbles village.
