Welcome to my 72 m² flat on the 5th floor (with lift) in St-Denis, near Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, with its two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a pull-out bed, its fully equipped kitchen, and its bathroom. Ideally located 5 minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the capital.
Space
Welcome! The front door of this 72m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large television. The dining area has a large table that can seat up to four guests. It opens onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: kettle, oven, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine... The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200cm) carefully made with hotel-quality bed linen. The second bedroom has a pull-out bed (with two fold-out single beds), neatly made with hotel-quality bed linen. A wardrobe provides space to store your belongings so you can feel right at home. The bathroom is spacious. It features a washbasin, a mirror and a shower. A washing machine is also provided. The toilet is separate. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit designed for a single room. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. You can use a small portable air conditioner in the master bedroom during the summer and a fan in the second bedroom. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy your stay! Please note that the apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
