Welcome to my 72 m² flat on the 5th floor (with lift) in St-Denis, near Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a pull-out bed, its fully equipped kitchen, and its bathroom. Ideally located 5 minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the capital.
Space
Welcome! The front door of this 72 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large television. The dining area features a large table that can seat up to four guests. It opens onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of Sacré-Coeur, Montmartre. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and more. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) carefully made with hotel-quality linens. The second bedroom has a pull-out bed (with two fold-out single beds) carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A closet allows you to store your belongings so you can feel at home. The bathroom is spacious. It has a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also available. The toilet is separate. A reserved parking space is available in the building (max. height 1.90 m). You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy yourself!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
