Welcome to my 50 m² flat on the second floor in Paris’s 18th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate four people, with two bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally situated just four minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the capital.
Space
Welcome to this lovely 50 m² flat, situated on the 2nd floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions (Montmartre, shops, transport links, etc.) and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The queen-size beds (160 × 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is provided to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror. You’ll also find a washer-dryer for added convenience. The toilet is part of the bathroom. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke alarm for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
