This apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Roubaix, rue de Denain. It is on the ground floor (street side) of a building completely renovated in 2023. The studio is very practical, functional, and has quality bedding. It is close to the Barbieux Park, the Roubaix Hospital Center and various schools (ESMOD, EDHEC, etc.). You will have access to a private car park.

The studio is composed as follows: - Entrance leading to the lounge area with connected TV - Equipped kitchenette - Sleeping area with double bed and work space - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV.
