This apartment is located rue Pierre de Roubaix (about ten minutes walk from the Eurotéléport metro station). It is on the 2nd floor of a small, very quiet and secure building, without elevator. The accommodation was renovated in 2024, it is well equipped and located close to all amenities. Free street parking. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto the living room with open fitted kitchen (washing machine in the kitchen), dining area and lounge area (with connected TV) - Bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin and sink - A courtyard side bedroom with double bed - A second bedroom on the street side also with double bed - separate WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
