This apartment is located rue Pierre de Roubaix (about ten minutes walk from the Eurotéléport metro station). It is on the 1st floor of a small, very quiet and secure building, without elevator. The accommodation was renovated in 2024, it is well equipped, bright and pleasant to live in. Free street parking. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening directly onto an open fitted kitchen - Large bright living room, street side, with dining area and lounge area (connected TV) - A bedroom (street side so quiet) with open bathroom: shower cubicle and sink available. - separate WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
