This one bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Roubaix, rue de Denain. It is on the ground floor (courtyard side) of a building completely renovated in 2023. The accommodation is very practical, functional, and has quality bedding. It is close to the Barbieux Park, the Hospital Center and various schools (ESMOD, etc.). You have access to a private car park.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance leading directly, on the right, to the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - Equipped kitchen with dining area and washing machine - Lounge area with connected TV - Separate bedroom with double bed and work space The accommodation is very secure since to access it, you have to go through a first garage door then a building door, before finding the apartment door (3 keys are necessary). The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can take and return the keys at any time without the mandatory presence of the host. Jean Moulin" streetcar station is a 7-minute walk away. The "rue de Denain" bus station is at the foot of the building. V'Lille station 400 meters away (Jean Moulin station) You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. You have access to a private car park.
