A studio flat in the heart of Rennes’ historic centre, accommodating up to 2 guests. Just a stone’s throw from Place Sainte-Anne, the metro, shops and restaurants, it is the ideal base for exploring Rennes or for a business trip.

A studio flat designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, situated on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a building in the historic centre. The living area features a sofa bed, a dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen area is equipped for light meals and breakfasts (electric hob, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster). The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The accommodation does not have a TV or WiFi. A security deposit of 300 Euro is required for each booking.
