A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Important note: The unit is equipped with a smart TV which can be used to watch your favourite apps like Netlix (you must use your own login). The TV is not able to operate live TV such as BBC. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Place was to our needs in terms of location and size. However, owner's personal belongings were everywhere. Guest ready were okay, nothing special or warm about them.
