Welcome! This charming 75m² apartment with a terrace, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Porto and its attractions. Ideal for families, this apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to basic cookware and dishes, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, and other equipment to help you in your daily life. Access to the terrace is conveniently located next to the kitchen so you can easily gather the family outside to enjoy dinners under the stars and take advantage of the natural light during the day, which illuminates the entire area. The terrace has a barbecue. Both bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and equipped with double beds and a chest of drawers for you to store your belongings. The master bedroom is spacious and has a direct view of the river and the opposite bank. The smaller bedroom features a skylight. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The shared bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment is located on the third floor and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
