Welcome to my home, located in Boavista, one of Porto’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, ideally located close to many of the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and local highlights. Perfect for families and groups of friends, this spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests, offering a convenient base from which to explore everything Porto has to offer. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linen, as well as 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. A Few Things to Keep in Mind As the apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood, occasional noise from neighbours or the surrounding area may be heard. Some signs of everyday wear and tear may also be present, reflecting the character of a lived-in property. Please also note that the apartment may occasionally become warm, as it is an older building. The plumbing system may require a little patience, and water pressure can sometimes be lower than expected. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
