Welcome to my home! Our apartment is located in Porto, 200 m from Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market, and within walking distance to many more attractions! The accommodation has a cosy dining area and seating area with a flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchenette, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a kettle and other essential kitchen ustensils. There is a private bathroom with amenities like hair dryer, mirror, waste basket, a shower and toilet. The room comes with a double bed and is fitted with fresh linen. Feel free to make use of our cleaning equipment, such as the ironing equipment, washing machine, etc. Please note that there is no elevator in this building. Have a pleasant stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Lovely place in the center of Porto. Very pretty view and pretty light. Also very nice contact with guest ready in. I recommend that place for one charming vacation !
