The area is very near to central of Porto and some of the major tourist sites (Clérigos, Crystal Palace, Allies, Ribeira, Gaia Oporto Wine Caves) are within a 20 minute walking distance. However, if you wish to learn more about Porto -- there are plenty of leaflets and information of all tours that might interest you.

The beautiful apartment is located in one of the oldest streets close to the center of Porto and is an 18-minute walk from the Duro River. This apartment is a short walking distance from most landmarks such as the historical "São Bento" train station, the enchanting "Lello" bookshop of Harry Potter fame, the ornate “Clérigos Tower” as well as many other iconic places of interest.

This apartment which was recently renovated, comes fully equipped to meet all your needs. Families or couples that are looking for a genuine experience will find this a suitable choice, with two comfortable bedrooms and stylish modern decor. You will feel right at home in the heart of Porto. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Trindade metro station which is 28 minutes by metro or a 20-minute drive from the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. Please note that paid parking is also available nearby. This pleasant and appealing apartment is surrounded by quaint restaurants, cafés, and traditional grocery stores. The apartment has its own balcony (the balcony door has recently been replaced), where you can enjoy a glass of Port wine while watching the world go by. You will truly feel at home and like a local here. The apartment itself comprises of: - Two separate bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed both with crisp and clean linen, the perfect combination for a well-rested sleep. - Two separate bathrooms, each with its shower. Towels and toiletries are also provided for your convenience. - A bright and cozy living room with a double sleeper couch for two additional guests. - A well-equipped kitchen that comes with all the modern appliances you may require for the preparation of a delicious home-cooked meal. - A dining area where you can enjoy a meal before heading out to explore the city. - A washing machine is located within the apartment for your convenience. You will also have WiFi, a TV, a hot water system, cookware, a dishwasher, a working desk, an air conditioner, and a fridge to complete your stay.

You will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including all furnishings and utensils. The apartment is located on the second floor and has lift access.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 200€ penalty smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).
