This double room with en-suite bathroom, set within the distinctive architectural project "House of Many Faces" by Fala Atelier, in Porto, has been decorated in detail to provide maximum comfort. Originally an old cotton processing factory, the space was masterfully converted by Fala Atelier into a building that is today an internationally recognised landmark. In addition to being awarded Building of the Year in Portugal 2025 and featuring in the Top 10 of the Secil Award, it has also been the backdrop for photo productions by leading brands. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this bright room stands out for its unique architecture, harmoniously combining exposed concrete ceilings in an industrial style — paying homage to the space's industrial past — with modern and welcoming décor. The building also features a shared rooftop terrace on the top floor with views over the neighbourhood. The space is equipped with a comfortable double bed, television, air conditioning and a practical work area with a desk, perfect for planning your daily itinerary or working. To make your stay even more comfortable and your mornings more relaxing, the room features a coffee machine and an electric kettle. It also benefits from a large balcony window that fills the entire area with wonderful natural light right from the early morning, even with the curtains closed — not recommended for guests who are particularly sensitive to sunlight. The room also has a practical open wardrobe to keep your belongings organised. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience. This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
