This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples and friends to explore the city of Porto. The apartment is located in the heart of the city and close to all the activities you would want to enjoy. It is bright and well-furnished so you can enjoy your stay in style. There are also many restaurants and shops close by for you to explore.
Space
My home is situated not far from the core heart of this wonderful city and is fully adapted to allow modern conveniences for a more comfortable stay. The Livingroom is warm and welcoming, with a big window that lets in plenty of sunlight featuring a comfy sofa bed to sprawl on, a 4-seater dining table, and access to a lovely balcony where you can admire the fabulous city views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine for your convenience. The bedroom offers a pleasant and relaxing retreat, with a double bed to keep you snug and cosy. It has a warm and cosy ambience, and you also have ample storage and wardrobe space with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Note: Apartment is located on a busy street near the Metro works.

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Nice well kept space, bigger than it seems. Great location. Clean and with minimal decoration, with good lighting and amenities. Lacks a better heating system and/or warmer blankets or duvets, we stay
