This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal. This accommodation is for adults only. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy applies with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

A beautiful and spacious flat, with every detail thought through down to the smallest detail; spotlessly clean and with a cosy atmosphere – you can’t hear the neighbours at all, which is a real rarity
