From the moment you arrive, you will be impressed by the space and natural light of this brand-new 90 m² apartment. The main living area features a spacious lounge, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Everything has been designed to allow you to cook and share meals in the best possible conditions, with complete appliances provided, including all necessary equipment as well as a wine cooler. The sleeping area consists of two large and comfortable suites, each with its own private bathroom, offering independence and privacy for every guest. The outdoor space is one of the property’s true highlights. The large 60 m² terrace, carefully furnished, invites you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. You can share meals around the plancha grill, relax in the outdoor lounge, or simply admire the stunning sea view.
