Welcome to my apartment! This charming 280 m², four-bedroom duplex apartment in Ponta Delgada offers a convenient base for families and friends looking for a memorable stay. On the first floor, you will find a bright living room with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, a television to watch your favorite shows, and a dining table for eight people. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils to prepare your meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. This floor also features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and another bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the second living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The apartment also has a washing machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. All rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and free toiletries. A private balcony offers a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
