Welcome to my home! This welcoming first-floor apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, making it an excellent choice for families and groups. Step into the bright living area, where comfortable seating and a TV create the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. The open-plan layout connects seamlessly to the dining area, where a table for six offers an inviting setting for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including an oven and microwave, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms. Two are furnished with double beds, while the third offers two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with all the essentials needed to freshen up after a day of exploring, with fresh towels provided for your convenience. Step outside onto the private side terrace, one of the highlights of the apartment. Complete with a built-in stone barbecue and an outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals, morning coffee, or relaxing evenings in the fresh air. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

For what we needed it for, i.e. to sleep and eat, it was fine; more modest kitchen equipment and missing dryer.
