Welcome to my home! This lovely house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, offering multiple dining options. The living room features a welcoming space with a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and reliable WiFi so you can stay connected or catch up on work. The dining area sits just beside it, providing the perfect setting for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. All three bedrooms are located on the first level. The master bedroom offers a double bed and an ensuite shower, ensuring privacy and comfort. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom is ideal for families, offering three single beds and a single sofa couch. A shared bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor, equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Step outside onto the patio, a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. You’ll also find a peaceful garden where you can soak up the sun and relax, just moments away from the energy of Ponta Delgada. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
