A bright living room welcomes you with a comfortable sofa-bed and television, flowing into a dining area that seats four — perfect for lazy Parisian mornings. Step through to the wrap-around balcony for rooftop views and fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a washing machine for longer stays. The serene bedroom is dressed with a queen bed (160×190), hotel-quality linen and generous storage. A private bathroom with shower and hair-dryer, plus a separate WC, rounds off the space. Fast WiFi and lift access to the 5th floor are included throughout. The accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector for your safety, and is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
