Kitchen: Fully equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine. Bedroom: Cosy bedroom with comfortable double bed and quality bed linen, offering optimal resting space Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. toilets: One toilet is located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Please note: Renovation work is currently underway in the common areas of the building. This may cause noise disturbance during the day (mainly on weekdays). The price of the stay has been adjusted accordingly to take this situation into account. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the 1st floor, on Boulevard de Sébastopol, a very busy road. Traffic and street noise can be heard inside until late at night, especially with the windows open, and sound insulation from the neighbouring apartments is limited. Light sleepers may be bothered. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, 150 m from Sentier metro station, in a 50 m² (538 sq ft) air-conditioned apartment served by a lift, with a separate bedroom and an equipped kitchen with an oven.
