Welcome to my 33 m² apartment on the 4th floor in the 2nd arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two guests, featuring a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 4 minutes from the metro, this apartment offers you a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome! The front door of this 33 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a large TV, while the fully-equipped kitchen contains all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen, and cupboards to store your belongings and make you feel at home. The bathroom is in the bedroom. It has a washbasin, a large mirror, and a shower. The toilet is separate. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, so all you have to do is enjoy it! Important note: It is located on the 4th Floor without an elevator. Please note that this property has an official 1-star classification. The accommodation offers simple, functional facilities and services, making it a practical choice for guests seeking comfortable and affordable accommodation.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
