Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, it features two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two beautifully landscaped terraces. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the metro, this apartment offers a peaceful setting for you to fully enjoy your stay in Paris.

Welcome! The front door of this 120m² duplex opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features two comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV with numerous channels, including Netflix. After a day of sightseeing, relax and unwind in this cozy space. The dining area includes a large table, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. It opens onto a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a peaceful, green setting with a 180° view of Paris. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for preparing your meals. On this level, you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed (140x200), neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. You'll also have a desk and a pleasant view of a small, landscaped terrace.
